At Genesis FC, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We're committed to leveling the playing field for immigrant and refugee youth, as well as those from low-income backgrounds. Everyone deserves the chance to play, learn, grow, and succeed on the field, regardless of their background. Join us in creating a vibrant, diverse community on and off the field!
As a member of the Iowa Soccer Association we offer structured training, coaching and competitive playing opportunities for youth players of various ages and skill levels. We play a crucial role in nurturing young players and fostering a passion for the game. We offer pathways for players to potentially advance to a higher level of soccer in the future. Our soccer program includes teams of 5-year-olds through high school and college.
Our U9-U14 teams for Fall are now full. Call the office at (515) 343-0149 if you want to be placed on the waitlist or are interested in signing up for Spring 2025.
The Next Move League registration is open for players 5-8 years old until September 9. REGISTER HERE
Genesis FC offers the following programs:
-Next Move Program is for youth U5-U8. This program is crafted to introduce players to the fundamentals of soccer while promoting physical activity, skill development, social interaction, and instills a lifelong passion for soccer. The cost of the program is $180 per player. Players practice twice a week for 9 weeks. A t-shirt is included in the cost.
-Recreational Program is designed to provide a fun and inclusive environment for youth of all skill levels. This program focuses on teamwork, exercise, and the social aspects of the game. The cost of the program is $360 per player for both the 2024/2025 Fall and Spring Season. The uniform kit is $240 and includes both short sleeve and long sleeve jerseys plus a bag.
- Competitive Program is designed for youth who are interested in playing soccer at high school and college level. This program focuses on improving the player's technical abilities, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and the mental aspects of game. The cost of the program is $600 per player. Players compete in the Iowa Soccer League and participate in two local tournaments. The uniform kit is $240 and includes both short sleeve and long sleeve jerseys plus a bag.

Next Move Fall Registration
We are excited to announce that registration for the Next Move Fall Camp is now open!
This nine-week camp will run from September 16 to November 16 with practices at three local area elementary schools on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:00 to 6:30 PM and games at the MidAmerican rec Plex at 6500 Grand Ave. in West Des Moines from noon to 1:30 pm on Saturdays.
The cost of the camp is $180 per player with a uniform set costing $120 including a practice shirt, game jersey, shorts, and socks.
The camp is a fantastic opportunity for our players to develop their skills, stay active, and have fun with their teammates. Spots are limited, so be sure to register early!
