I am Africa: The Journey Continues 2020 Virtual Fundraiser

Our annual I Am Africa fundraising event has moved online and we need you to help us level the playing field for immigrant and refugee youth now more than ever. COVID-19 has touched many aspects of day-to-day life for most people. This uncertainty and stress on resources is even more magnified for children and families who were underserved even before the pandemic.

Help us provide stability, direct services, educational support, and access to athletics and the arts for immigrant and refugee children in Central Iowa. Join us online on Saturday, September 26 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm to experience Africa in Iowa. Learn about the challenges and joys of African youth and their families and help us raise funds to support Genesis Youth Foundation in its mission to level the playing field for kids.
